The elephant helpingis used for Croc to traverseride someon partsin oforder to reach certain [[Platform|platforms]] in the level. They makeIt makes a loud trumpeting sound and seem to be frightened of [[Croc (Character)|Croc]] when he jumps on theirits back. TheyIt runruns around in poisonousa mud waterpit that would hurt [[Croc (Character)|Croc]] if he touched it, but, like the [[HippopotamusesHippo|hippopotamuseshippos]] in [[Croc 2]], it doesn't seem to harm them.
