Gold Keys help Croc open locked [[Door|doors]] that have big gold locks on them. A[[ Gobbo]] or some other treat is what usually hides behind the door. In some levels, the locked door is actually the only way to advance and complete the level.

These pink gelatin desserts help Croc jump to higher places. Also known as [[Gummi]]s or Gummi Savers in [[Croc 2]].
====[[Monkey Bars]]====
These allow Croc to travel across dangerous parts of the levels, hand over hand, while avoiding enemies. If they are low enough, Croc can jump on top and run across them. In some levels, there are stomping [[Dantinis]] which walk across the top of the bars and will stomp at the ends and middle of the bars, and if Croc is underneath one when they stomp, he will fall off usually into a pit.
