If you believe someone is using sockpuppets or meat puppets, you should create a report at [[Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations]]. In reporting suspected sockpuppetry, you must obey the rules of [[WP:OUTING]] with regard to disclosure of personal or identifying information.
