This template should be used on user talk pages to notify blocked sock puppets. It should always be substituted.

master – if the name of the blocked sock puppet's sockmaster account is known, use |master=accountname to specify that.
suspected=yes – if the account was blocked as a suspected sock puppet, use |suspected=yes.
blocked=yes – if the blocked sock puppet's sockmaster account currently was blocked or banned at the time the sock puppet account was blocked, use |blocked=yes. This also changes the background color to lightblue by default.
notalk=yes – if the blocked sock puppet's talk page access was also removed, use |notalk=yes.
sig=yes – this signs your username on the template, with timestamp.
color – if you don't want the default background colors, you can use |color=hexadecimal color code / color name.
