They are encountered in a few underwater areas in ''[[Croc: Legend of the Gobbos]]'' and its [[Game Boy Color]] counterpart, ''[[Croc (Game Boy Color)|Croc]]''. In their debut appearance, Vampire Fish have red eyes, but in ''Croc'', it was changed to lime green, likely because of the Game Boy Color's limited color palette.
