The '''Game Boy Color''' version of [[Croc 2]] was developed by the by Natsume, the people who madetranslated the Harvest Moon farming series, and was the only Croc game to not be made by [[Argonaut Games PLC|Argonaut]] (before the Croc Mobile Series which was made by Morpheme).
 
Although most of the story and quests remain the same as the console versions, the main difference in story comes from the ending, which is fairly different from the console versions. In addition to this, [[Croc's Family|Croc's Mother]] is drastically different in appearance.
