This island featured in Croc! Legend of the Gobbos is the fifth and secret island of the game. The island is only unlocked once the player obtains all eight jigsaw pieces from the previous eight secret levels. The four levels on the island are themed after the main four islands in the game. Crystal Island needs to be completed in order to achieve 100% game completion.

- 5-3 : Trial on the Nile (themed after the Desert Island)
