Their first game was The Pagemaster: The Video Game, based on the film of the same name. Fox Interactive released both arcade games, Die Hard Arcade (the American version of Dynamite Deka) and The Simpsons Bowling. The company became most well known for its Croc, Aliens Vs. Predator, Die Hard, Charmed, and Simpsons games.

In March 2003, Fox Interactive Inc. was acquired by Vivendi Universal Games (now Vivendi Games). In 2006, Fox Interactive went out of business. Later 20th Century Fox games were published by Fox Mobile Entertainment.
