Usage
This template allows "=" to be used in template parameters.
This template cannot be substituted.
The encoding for "=" is %3D (to be used in URLs, for example).

You can also use named parameters to bypass the restriction:
{{Colors|black|yellow|3= 2 + 2 = 4}}Template:Arrow Template:Colors
