Being WP:BOLD and transferring the linked diff to the "must not" modify portion while the "summarily desysopped" is removed. The linked diff does not anywhere mention desysopping and the statement seems to be gratuitous/not assuming good faith when coupled with the immediately prior (very strong) admonition to not modify a CU block.
