Template:Always subst

Usage

{{subst:Multiple account query|Example|Example2|Example3|hat=|sig=yes|header=no|headtext=Query}}

A template for mass-notification of users to inquire about their connection to other accounts; intended for use in the course of SPI cases where it is clear that coordination (or direct use) of multiple accounts is happening, but a user's explanation of their connection may impact the case outcome. The template accepts up to 30 usernames, and autofills the name of the person placing the template. It only needs to be filled out once for all users; if the user being notified is among the accounts listed in the template, they will automatically be hidden from the list.

  • The hat parameter accepts the values clerk, administrator, adminclerk or checkuser adds text explaining that the person placing the template is an SPI clerk, administrator, both, or checkuser, respectively. If the parameter is omitted, or takes any other value, no additional text will be rendered.
  • By default, the template is signed. If this is not desired behaviour, sig=no should be set.
  • Optionally, a header can be included by setting header=yes. The default header text is "query"; it can be modified using the headtext parameter.
