This template adds pages to one of (as appropriate):
- Category:Suspected Wikipedia sockpuppets and Category:Suspected Wikipedia sockpuppets of {{{1}}};
- Category:Wikipedia sockpuppets of {{{1}}}.
- The "blocked" and "confirmed" tags also add the page to Category:Temporary Wikipedian userpages.
