The Witch Doctor Gobbo resides in the Caveman Village, wears a mask and brews all of the Ginger Soda. He can influence the weather by dancing around and waving his stick around; he can make it rain, snow, or he can make the sun come out.
Trivia
When the witch doctor makes it rain or snow, the fire in the center of Stonehenge burns lower than before.
