The Witch Doctor Gobbo resides in the Caveman Village, wears a mask and brews all of the Ginger Soda. He can influence the weather by dancing around and waving his stick around; he can make it rain, snow, or he can make the sun come out.

- When the witch doctor makes it rain or snow, the fire in the center of Stonehenge burns lower than before.
