A Croc Television Series was planned around the same time as Croc 2, but never released.
On 20th March 2000, Fox Interactive announced that an animated Television Series based on Croc was under consideration in their efforts to expand the Croc IP.[1] This was due to Croc's rising popularity with both Croc: Legend of the Gobbos and Croc 2. Although Fox attempted to set something up, the project was eventually scrapped and never completed.
Scripts were created for an undisclosed amount of episodes, but no actual footage was ever made. As of now, the scripts have yet to surface, and not even the lead designer has seen them. [2] It has been said that the scripts resembled the Croc manual story more than the games themselves.
