Demon Itsy's Ice Palace is the second boss level on Ice Island, where it is the final level on the Ice Island before moving onto Desert Island. Overall, it is the sixteenth level the player reaches.

Trivia
Although Demon Itsy is fought in an ice rink with the palace tower just outside it, the island map shows it being stood on a straw roof.
