*The reason Beany doesn't just carry Croc straight to all of the Gobbos is because her magic only lasts for a limited time, and to be restored, a Beany Bird Gong must be whacked. So Beany just went as close as she could, with Croc, to trapped Gobbos until her magic ran out, and let Croc take it from there to rescue the Gobbos in that area. When Croc got all of the Gobbos in that area, he would find the closest Beany Gong and whack it. Restoring Beany's magic so that she could shrink Croc down and carry him to the next area with trapped Gobbos and do the same thing. |

Beany Bird is a little,magical yellow bird with black wings that was summoned by King Rufus to rescue Croc when Baron Dante was rampaging Gobbo Valley. At the end of each level, there is a Beany Bird Gong which calls Beany Bird to come pick Croc up. Beany Bird's Magic causes Croc to shrink when being picked up, but when Beany Bird is taking Croc around any of the Islands, Croc will simply hang on to Beany Bird's talons. She, unfortunately, did not make it into Croc 2.
