Information
The tattoos were a promotional item for the Japanese release of Croc: Legend of the Gobbos, known as Croc! Pau Pau Island.
They feature the Japanese models of Croc with two "Pau Pau"s (Gobbos), and the Japanese logo.
Although it's unknown how or if they were ever available in Japan itself, it is known that these tattoos (and a hat) were given to some of the people who worked on the game, after Argonaut received an insufficient number of games to give to all the staff who helped bring Croc to life.[1]
