Fosley

Fosley is one of the few friendly Dantinis that lives on Castle Island. He is encountered in Fosley's Freaky Donut walking around the island holding a red ballon. Furious, Baron Dante transforms him, turning Fosly into a giant Dantini, now holding three balloons in which he is able to fly in the air with. Fosly attacks by throwing crab/spider like bombs at Croc which immediately start to chase him. To damage Fosley, Croc must lure in one of the bombs onto a spring, which will then launch the bomb at Fosley. Fosley has three hit points.

Trivia

• Fosley is the only boss which can be killed without the tail whip attack. (Secret Sentinel requires a tail attack on the 4 gongs)
• If you fall off the ledge after hitting Fosley 3 times, Croc may die or stop on the brick ledge. This is the only level that you can die after defeating a boss.
• Although he is a Dantini, it's quite odd that Barron Dante suspiciously changed him when his back was turned. This is probably because he was not strong enough to fight Croc in his normal form or the fact that he was a pacifist.
